helpful staff spacious room inaccurate description cramped suite
The breakfast was superb. It was the best i had during my time. the staff were lovely and very helpful. There was also a nice bar downstairs. the room was quite spacious, and the bed felt huge with a large bathroom.
The junior suite i booked was not quite as described, and seemed too expensive for what it offered. i was told upon check-in that it was the best room at the hotel. it felt cramped for three people. A suite implies more separation between the bedroom and lounge, not the case.

friendly staff easy checking small room past visit
the staff were very friendly. the rooms were clean (i appreciate that!). checking in was easy. there were plenty of places nearby to get a bite.
the room was very small. it was much smaller than past visits to the same hotel. i was a little disappointed.

the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the reception staff printed documents i needed which i found helpful. the amenities were refreshed daily. i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff across all departments of the hotel.
the elevators were somewhat slow.

the breakfast selection featured ample choices and the food was fresh. the breakfast area was well maintained and clean. the service was delivered with a smile even during busy periods.

iron board helpful staff well-equipped room
the standard room offered a well-equipped space. i appreciated the kettle, cups, and coffee provided. an iron and ironing board were also available. the staff members were professional and helpful.
the hotel location required a bit of travel to reach the central sightseeing areas.
