the location worked out okay. the hotel was close enough to everything i wanted to see.
i found problems with the room cleaning. there was hair in the bathroom when i checked in. also, the breakfast was a little disappointing as the selection was limited and not very fresh.

The location was super. I could walk to the main square in about seven minutes. The breakfast offered several options. The hotel had clean rooms with GREAT bathrooms. The staff was both friendly and helpful.
The street trams are loud. My room faced the front. I HEARD trams.

the breakfast had plenty of choice to start the day.. i appreciated the fresh towels changed daily. the location proved ideal for reaching the main square. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room felt quite small, and the curtains didn't fully cover the windows. this meant that the room got bright very early in the morning. better window coverage would greatly improve the sleeping experience.

my double room offered tea and coffee making facilities. basic toiletries were available, and the room was tidy. i found the breakfast amazing with a lovely quality of food, and lots of choice for our early start so we were able to grab and bag items for our trip. the hotel is convenient, a short walk to the main square!
The room i stayed in faced the main street, the building vibrated when a tram passed. It meant little sleep, and i had issues such as old carpets. there was also a broken rubbish bin and the placement of the tap in the shower caused me to accidentally turn it off when i moved.

the refrigerator in the room was loud. i actually had to unplug it at night so i could sleep! also, the shower cabin was really small. it was like i could barely move without bumping into something. the unstable ground in the shower.
