inconsistent experience, some issues observed

faulty air conditioningpoor soundproofing
The soundproofing wasn't effective. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including footsteps and hairdryer use. It really bothered me. the air conditioning was faulty. it kept turning off, and despite reporting it to reception, it wasn't fixed, resulting in an uncomfortably hot room. i found it difficult to sleep well there.

The room's air conditioning was quite loud. it made sleep difficult. the street noise was also prominent because of thin windows. I could hear everything outside. the staff didn't replenish toiletries, even after i asked. the lack of attention to detail was quite noticeable, especially for the price i paid.
