Excellent Stay
spacious room ceiling design friendly staff
The room was spacious, it had high ceilings. The bathroom tiles had a lovely design. The staff was consistently friendly and cute. I had a comfortable stay.
The pillows weren't great.

automatic blinds big bed clean bathroom delicious breakfast
The location is amazing close to major attractions. My room included automatic blinds a big bed and a huge television. The bathroom was very clean with great decor. Breakfast offered royal eggs with salmon and spinach.
The soundproofing could be improved I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

inconsistent experience, some issues observed
faulty air conditioning poor soundproofing
The soundproofing wasn't effective. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including footsteps and hairdryer use. It really bothered me. the air conditioning was faulty. it kept turning off, and despite reporting it to reception, it wasn't fixed, resulting in an uncomfortably hot room. i found it difficult to sleep well there.

I was impressed with the quick check-in process. The staff found a room for me immediately. The rooms offered comfortable amenities. I appreciated the immaculate condition of the premises, and I think it reflects a high standard of maintenance. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

loud air conditioning thin windows
The room's air conditioning was quite loud. it made sleep difficult. the street noise was also prominent because of thin windows. I could hear everything outside. the staff didn't replenish toiletries, even after i asked. the lack of attention to detail was quite noticeable, especially for the price i paid.
