i loved how close everything was! the main street was only a couple minutes away. our apartment was super clean, and the cleaners came every single day. it made everything so easy!
i just wish the shower head had better water pressure, but honestly, that's a tiny thing!

The pool snack bar had yummy rotisserie chicken, and the chips were awesome. I totally recommend them. the cafe bar had reasonable prices for food and drinks, super convenient.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, always smiling. housekeeping was amazing. They kept our apartment super clean every day. reception closes at 10:00. You need to use the side gates to enter after that time.

i found the staff helpful. the grounds were pristine. the rooms were very spacious. the beds were also comfy, with a lovely patio to sit out on during the evening. i felt okay all time within this secure complex.
the apartment was a bit basic, needing a few more amenities. i did miss having a kettle without a deposit. i also noticed the dated decor could use some updating, as a few areas needed a fresh coat of paint.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom superior room and it was perfect for self-catering. the kitchen included a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. the bathroom was large with a bath and a shower, which i definitely appreciated! i loved the poolside bar that served very tasty rotisserie chicken. Its chips were amazing too.
the hotel sign outside looks worn, i think it would be better if they updated it.

the staff were friendly at the bar, they served good pizza and the club sandwich.
the apartment felt run down and i found a massive hole in the curtains when i arrived. the room was too hot and had no ceiling fan. i had to go to reception to ask for a kettle, they told me to boil a pan of water because they were waiting for people to checkout and didn't have enough.
