amazing hotel!
unlimited drinks various food room size great view
I loved that we could have unlimited drinks. The coffee at the adult pool bar was particularly good, and the fizz was a nice touch. varied food options were available at different bars. the room size was good, and i had a great view. there were many pools to choose from.
the hotel is a bit dated, so some areas need a little tlc.

My room had a separate seating area with a sofa, a large tv, and a balcony overlooking the gardens. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Plenty of space for toiletries was also available. air conditioning worked very well.

The hotel offered multiple pools, including a quiet adult-only area and a family pool with water slides. I really enjoyed the option to relax without too much noise. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there was also a tennis court.

There were several restaurants. A buffet restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner with various international dishes. a snack bar near the pool provided lighter options like sandwiches and salads throughout the day. the food was AMAZING!!! there were also themed dinner nights.

solid stay
fine scenery friendly staff
the location offers fine scenery and many activities. the staff seemed excellent and friendly. comfortable rooms existed. the food quality was also decent.
the generator ran all day. this noise was a disgrace. the sound drove me mad.

the meals were very good in the restaurant. the bar also provided good food. several pools are available. the beach is directly in front of the hotel, so is very convinient.

Great stay, great value
ground floor twin beds daily cleaning
I stayed in the adult section with my daughter. It was very peaceful. We got a ground floor twin as requested, and we were grateful for this. The grounds looked beautiful and well-kept, A REAL pleasure to explore. Our room included twin beds, a sofa, a chair, a fridge, a kettle, and coffee and tea making facilities. Rooms received daily cleaning with fresh bedding. Water bottles were provided each day for refills.
The hotel DOES require some updating, but this did not affect my stay. It would improve the overall experience. I hope management will address these issues soon.

The staff gave me special tickets for gluten-free items, specifically bread, cereals and chips, brought to my table. All main dishes have allergen information clearly labelled. The staff were very attentive to my needs.

The shower and bath worked very well, and it supplied hot water on demand. Our room overlooked the sea in block 4 and felt tidy. The bed WAS quite comfy. A sofa offers additional seating, and a fridge keeps drinks cool.

The food selection was very varied, with options for different tastes. I found a great choice of seafood, meat and salads. Cocktails are always available in the bar above the spa. Wine accompanied meals.
