the location by the sea was great it offered easy access the pools were wonderful i spent much time there. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i did not find kettles in the rooms there were also no bathrobes the breakfast dining room was not clean i noticed ants everywhere on tables.

unique doorhardworking staffsimilar food
the room was a good size and cleaned daily the main hotel area provided ample seating with tables some creatively recycled i appreciated the hard work and politeness of the staff despite towel reservation attempts i enjoyed a lovely stay i especially liked the unique door tables throughout the common areas. the staff was hardworking throughout the hotel and mostly polite.
i booked a moroccan dinner but the food closely resembled the main restaurant offerings some guests still reserved loungers early despite the stated policy.

the wide beach frontage was acceptable. the room included good quality fittings.
the breakfast was a rugby scrum after 8.00am. i found it difficult to discern what food i was eating since the sign badges were unreadable. the buffet was pure mayhem.

the staff were always willing to help. chefs catered to gluten-free needs and prepared fresh food upon request. the entertainment team always had something to do. the energy of the team was great. eman and anwar were excellent with their time and energy. the team ensured i felt included.

The location was excellent, directly on the promenade. The grounds included lovely pools and well-kept areas, perfect for activities and relaxation. I found everyone there friendly and the grounds were very well maintained.
