the staff were very cute, i got a turkish delight and tea cups as a gift at the end of our stay, it was generous. breakfast is varied and delicious. the cleaning is very good, and the hotel is near to marmaray tramway and bosphore.

The location was acceptable and convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The staff were friendly.
The room cleanliness was concerning. I found several hairs on the bedsheets, and there was a noticeable stain. Controlling the room temperature was impossible. It was constantly HOT. the noise from the pipes was disturbing, especially at night, disrupting my sleep.

the hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to the b1 train. the breakfast buffet included fresh omelettes and a wide variety of options. upon checkout, i received a thoughtful gift of green apple drink and turkish delight, a pleasant surprise.
The street sound was noticeable. This should be expected given the central location.

The double or twin room was clean and spacious, equipped with a safe. It easily accommodated my belongings. the bathroom had all necessary bath cosmetics and provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay. plenty of towels were available.
