mixed experience, location good, some issues present
limited space cramped room
The hotel's location was a definite plus. It made getting around quite convenient.
The room was smaller than i expected, almost cramped. The limited space made it difficult to relax comfortably after a long day of sightseeing. i found this quite disappointing considering the price i paid. the bathroom was especially tight.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate their attentiveness. Breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of options. The hotel's location is very convenient for reaching key attractions. It is easy to explore the area.
The elevator was out of SERVICE for a short period .

fresh towels turkish specialties attentive staff
The superior double or twin room was clean the sheets were crisp. fresh towels was daily a Lovely detail. i found the breakfast offered plentiful options. It included many turkish specialties. the staff was attentive and polite that is always so precious.
the elevator sometimes took a while during peak hours.

tidy room comfortable temperature perfect location closed pool noise insulation loud noise
the room was nice and tidy. it also had a comfortable temperature. the hotel location worked perfectly for me.
the pool was closed during my entire stay. i was told each day it would open, but it remained closed. the room also lacked noise insulation, ANY door slam echoed loudly.

charming experience!
airport pickup helpful staff
the hotel staff helped me with a last-minute airport pickup after i made a mistake. they responded fast on whatsapp! they also kept my bags after checkout so i could explore more without carrying them. this made my travel much easier.

The breakfast had a full turkish spread and much variety, i found it delicious. my room was cleaned daily. Staff was helpful and friendly. staff assisted me in arranging a day trip.
the hotel is a little far from the main tourist area.
