the balcony looked quite scruffy. i noticed the floor showed some staining, which detracted from its appeal. the furniture also looked quite tired.

The cleaning services worked efficiently. The room was kept super clean daily. The food selection provided plenty options at each meal. The entertainment staff were very friendly and seemed invested in.
The process for acquiring drinks could be more streamlined.

The hotel provided convenient proximity to the main attractions in the area. The beach was within a reasonable walking distance, about fifteen minutes away. The location was a significant asset for exploring the surrounding area.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of fresh fruit and many pastries. the spacious room was directly across from benidorm palace. there was also easy access to rock and roll house for entertainment nearby.
the card system made it inconvenient to get a drink. it was a letdown

the room was clean. it was across from the benidorm palace.
The bar service annoyed me. i had to queue for ages for a drink. the staff acted like they were doing me a favor. They seemed to prefer spanish speakers, so i waited for ages.
