convenient location spacious balcony friendly staff

I found the location quite convenient. The hotel is near the center, YET remains peaceful. The balcony was spacious. The staff were very friendly.

The shower pressure was slightly low.

The apartment was spacious. it was super clean. i enjoyed the walk-in shower. It had great water pressure. the bar staff were amazing!!! they were always friendly and helpful.

clean apartment amazing shower useful kettle handy fan

the apartment was very clean. the shower had amazing water pressure. i appreciated having an iron, kettle, and toaster in the room. a fan was available, it was quite useful during warmer afternoons.

The bar's beer selection was somewhat limited. it's a minor point. Though.

shower leak early morning noise

The room required some attention. a persistent leak in the shower made the bathroom floor constantly wet. It was quite inconvenient. furthermore, the noise from gardeners early in the morning interrupted sleep. hedge trimming created a disturbance i found difficult to ignore.

Acceptable stay with some issues

uncomfortable sofa bed dirty pool area

The sofa bed in the apartment was really uncomfortable I asked about replacing it but staff said it wasn't possible They tried to fix it with a blanket but it didn't help. The kitchenette had minimal equipment so cooking wasn't easy. left drinks around the pool including in the kids' area staff tried to clean it but it was still unpleasant.

The beer in the bar was not good though! Bed bugs were present. The bed was too firm and squeaked.
