helpful staffcold roomno heating
the staff were helpful upon arrival.
I found the room quite disappointing. It was really cold throughout my stay. there was no heating available, not even for a short time in the evening. it made relaxing in the room difficult (and i had to wear extra layers).

The staff was very efficient from the start! I managed to get booked into the garage spa. The room was very spacious and CLEAN and had all the amenities that i needed.

breakfast was acceptable.
the room was supposedly cleaned before arrival, yet i found more spiders than expected for a supposedly reputable hotel... the heating also seemed stuck on a timer, so the room was either too hot or freezing cold. i mentioned this issue at reception, but nothing changed .
