Really good Experience at a Wonderful Hotel

I particularly enjoyed the NEW garden room restaurant. Its thoughtful design added such value to our meals! The hotel prioritizes sourcing ingredients locally, which I greatly appreciate. I especially loved the estate venison, double baked soufflé, and the creamy porridge. The food was AMAZING!!! Mandy and Hemma greeted us so warmly, recognizing us as returning guests.

The selection of coffee at breakfast was limited to filter coffee only, a small disappointment.

The location is near the A9. It made travel convenient. The room decoration was nice. The bed provided comfort for sleep.

I found the staff's demeanor to be aloof. Their service was not always cute. My early check-in request faced flat rejection. The bar staff seemed to ignore us initially.

The room was decorated in a classic style. The bedding felt comfortable, it promoted restful sleep. A good selection of instant drinks were available, I especially appreciated the herbal teas. The modern bathroom included Arran aromatic toiletries, the shower worked well.

i stayed in the one-bedroom cottage, it was very spacious. amenities included lovely toiletries and immaculate bed linen. also, the open fire provided a cozy touch, i found an endless supply of logs. i did enjoy the peaceful river walk near the hotel.

the restaurant atmosphere felt a little lacking. breakfast had limited options, porridge didn't meet my expectations. for scotland, i did anticipate better porridge.

the hotel location allows easy access to perthshire. angus is also easily accessible. i could conveniently visit the black watch museum and stirling castle. i found travel to dewars aberfeldy distillery simple.

quality linenaran productscomfortable beds

i found the rooms amazing. the decor and furniture was lovely. the beds were really comfortable and had high quality linen. the hotel gave high quality aran products, so i didn't need to pack toiletries.

i think the food didn't really live up the menus. everything needed more seasoning and attention.
