a wonderful accommodation find
friendly staff convenient location accessible parking
i found the staff friendly. they were knowledgeable and very helpful. the underground car park was easy to access and i appreciated its convenient location. the hotel's proximity to public transport made exploring the area simple. the sandwiches from the nearby bakery were indeed delicious.
the hotel did not have a fridge in the room.

mixed experience due to room issues
old furniture dirty walls
the staff responded quickly when i asked for something. there was a guest kitchen and i could store my food in the fridge which has a locker and a password to access.
the room did not meet my expectations. the furniture was old. the walls were dirty and the mattresses were too small for the beds. also, the external blinds were blocked so i was unable to control them. luckily there were curtains.

the triple room i booked was a good size. it included a spacious bathroom. the space was clean and looked renovated. the staff were friendly and cute (a big plus!).
the floor in the room seemed a bit dusty. i did have to pay a fee to leave my luggage. i found this inconvenient when my room wasn't quite ready. the room felt basic.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Sami provided excellent service. He were great to enhance my stay. The hotel provides air conditioning which was very helpful. a kitchen and secure parking for bikes.
I noticed some dust lying on the floor. The room felt very basic because there was no kettle, bottled water, tea, or coffee. The room resembled a hostel rather than a conventional hotel.

The room had lots of sockets for charging electronic devices. The provided shower gel was definitely of good quality. The room size was adequate, and everything felt clean. I was comfortable during my entire visit.

the hotel is designed for friends. i appreciate the location with breakfast spots nearby. the facilities were great and the staff was helpful. i liked that the bar was open late for snacks and drinks.
