the building itself was fine i loved walking through the courtyards. my room overlooked the courtyard it was quiet. the room included byredo amenities it was a nice touch.

the floorboards in my room were scratched it was not a great first impression. the room wasn't the cleanest i noticed some dirty floors. the curtains also had some dirt.

i stayed in a room it had a separate bath and shower the mini bar was well stocked a coffee machine was also in the room. the hotel gym included treadmills and stationary bikes i used the available free weights. the hotel has several on-site restaurants i found a variety of cuisines.

the in-room entertainment system had a small glitch

I was quite disappointed by the room i received. It had dirty floors, and the curtains were stained. the floorboards were scratched as well, and this created a bad first impression. for the price, the hotel really wasn't up to the standard i expected.

Check-in was REALLY smooth. They handled EVERYTHING. My luggage disappeared while I sat down with a drink for check-in. The staff made dinner reservations and offered travel suggestions. The hotel's location made exploring easy. It's almost a mini-city with surrounding restaurants and shops.

The breakfast options were AMAZING (I especially liked the crepes!). The staff was super friendly and helpful each morning. Seating was plentiful, and the buffet was constantly refreshed with fresh options.
