a romantic getaway

the hotel location was amazing. it was easy to walk to the central station. sightseeing was also very easy to reach! the staff were friendly! they gave us a free drink and balloons in our room when we arrived to celebrate our wedding anniversary. the room was clean, and the rooftop bar was nice. the staff helped us with directions and travel arrangements.
every morning, i heard a loud machine working. it woke me up at the same time for three days, this sound lasted for ten minutes before stopping, it wasn't very nice.

the staff provided recommendations for first-timers. they organised travel for us , made everything simple. the rooftop bar offered a space to relax after a day of exploring the city, it felt safe there.

The staff was very nice! We got everything we asked for, including recommendations for good spots nearby.
The air conditioning was completely unresponsive. I couldn't adjust the temperature, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. It was like an eternity to get to my floor.

The location was central. It was next to the historic center and Grand Place. I found the room comfortable with a complete bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a large choice of food.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating suddenly between warm, hot, and cold.

This hotel is in a SUPERB location. Sights are within walking distance. The Central Train Station is nearby, a great advantage if you travel by train to another city.

the location is central. the hotel had a fitness room with essential equipment. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
I had to pay a €50 deposit. i still haven't received it back even though they said it was released. the shower was quite old. The water leaked and made noise.
