the rooms cleanliness impressed ME. i found blackout blinds, and curtains that work. the restaurant price was good and the stores across the street were helpfull. staff were all friendly, that is useful.
there was a minor problem with the signal quality on the tv, but it was small.

the steak i ordered the first night was completely inedible. the surface was burnt to a charcoal texture. i also experienced very slow service in the restaurant on the second evening. it took two and a half hours to get through the meal, and there were long waits between courses.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided prompt service. i found an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, useful. snacks near the front desk were available when i returned late from an event.
Housekeeping did not leave enough towels for all guests after cleaning. We had to request extra mugs since there were only two. that was an inconvenience.

The hotel's staff really helped me. They provided me with a late check-out to tie in with a flight. staff phoned taxis, and they couldn't have been more helpful with all i asked. the room was modern and also very clean, and the bed was comfy. i also noticed an aldi very close, about 30 seconds across the road. It's handy for anything someone might need.

The location of the hotel is excellent for onward journeys, and there is good parking available. it's also convenient with a bus stop nearby. A bus goes from the stop to the city centre, and it takes about 20 minutes. that was pretty handy.

i was there for a few nights earlier this year. the room i had was very clean and quiet, so i rested well. breakfast had a good choice and all the warm food was fresh. it really was one of the best breakfasts i've had in a hotel.
i stayed there for a weekend and found that the bed was quite soft. i think a firmer mattress would really improve the quality of the sleep.

The hotel is in a convenient area, near the bypass. It's easy to drive into the city centre. several local shops are within walking distance of the hotel. it is approximately a ten-minute drive from the airport.
