Really good Stay Near the Park

The hotel staff provided a very professional welcome. Our room was large and featured a huge double bed plus a large bathroom. Upon returning to the room the first night, staff left chocolates on our pillows. We also secured bicycle storage for our bikes during our trip.

The premium double room included a safe, a fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. Two complimentary bottles of water were also provided. The room overlooked the park nearby.

The hotel had a sauna (i wish i had tried it!). Unlimited snacks and drinks were available throughout the day for Level guests. A separate guest area provided a quiet space.

The staff worked tirelessly to replenish items and keep the Level area clean. Staff are attentive and caring in all respects. The level staff members are great.

The hotel is near main transit routes and the city center. It's also directly across from a park (a really nice park!). This made exploring easy.

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to transit and the city center. Secure bicycle storage was available, which i appreciated as i was traveling by bike. The breakfast buffet offered several options. I also found the staff to be mostly helpful, especially with directions.
The check-in process was a little slow, and it seemed somewhat disorganized. There was to be a shift change happening when i arrived. This caused some delay in getting to my room.

The premium double room included amenities, such as a mini fridge and a coffee maker with tea packets. Comfortable beds were provided, and the hot water heater worked well. Tv was also available in the room.

The hotel features an underground parking garage located directly below the building. A sauna is available for guest use, though i did not have the chance to use it. The hotel also provides level access to a lounge with drinks and snacks.

I experienced a professional and warm welcome during check-in. The level staff was attentive and took care of replenishing items and keeping the area clean. I appreciated the extra care and attention (it was a nice touch).

the hotel had a really convenient location for me. it was close to public transportation and the city center was easily accessible. there was a nice park directly across from the hotel which was great for a morning walk. the staff was also very friendly and helpful
my room was quite small and this felt a little cramped. the bathroom shower was a bit outdated. the hotel had no air conditioning and this was a big problem considering the temperature outside
