the horizon restaurant had uncooked chicken from the grill. also, the pasta stuck to the frying pan. some staff at the live cooking stations need further training.

the staff was super friendly and really took care of me. miriam, paulina and ayub were darlings. the hotel and gardens were kept in pristine condition. there was a great variety of meal and drink options offered.
the location is not the best, the beach is not swimmable. if i wanted to swim, i had to pay to go to the island in front of the hotel. it was not worth the money at ALL.

Amazing pools and good staff!

I thought the resort was beautiful. It was clean and spacious. Food at all restaurants was amazing and the staff are friendly. The pools are great. There is a lot of space. Staff come around offering drinks and cleaning glasses. I sometimes got cool flannels too.
I find customer service a problem. Response time needs improvement. I called reception six times. I needed a adapter plug for the room. They did not deliver it until the end of the next day.

The resort features very big, beautiful pools with ample space and offers activities daily, including cultural nights, sports, and social events. The resort is very clean. I appreciated the amenities designed for both relaxation and active holidays.

The staff are really good. They are always smiling and doing their best to. The hotel provides all-inclusive services. Almost anything I needed was taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful too.
