i felt the soundproofing could be better, since i could hear some noise from outside. It's minor, but it did affect my sleep a little.

The staff demonstrated admirable friendliness and readiness to help. breakfast had a fantastic buffet. A wide array of options were available. i found the room clean, it was comfortable. the bathroom was beautiful. I found the hotel excellent.
i noticed that the hotel is a little walking distance from the main center of town. it was not a problem. but for some, it might be a drawback.

the location proved acceptable. it was near shops.
I found the air conditioning inadequate. it seemed stuck on a warm setting, though it was supposed to cool. This made the room quite stuffy. also, the absence of expected amenities like a kettle and dental kit detracted from the experience.

The AC was centrally controlled. The temperature in our room was barely working. I stayed mid-July and it was MISERABLE. They could not change the temperature much.
