A Nice Stay Upgraded with Really good Service

Rupanjali, Sujoy , and Ash provided excellent customer service. Food was delivered quickly and of top quality. Staff, and sports were available upon request. The room was kept clean and tidy each day of my stay. I enjoyed my time in the charming beer garden one lovely evening.
The cooked breakfast was lukewarm , so I didn't finish it.

the bedroom was large and very clean! i found so much wardrobe space. the breakfast had a great presentation with lots to choose from. the shower worked perfectly and the water was hot right away!
the corridors had a slight smell.

the staff remembered my name and room number after the first day. they were always quick with requests, bringing extra towels immediately. i saw several staff members helping other guests with directions, it looked efficient and friendly.

i stayed for three nights. the bar service was unbelievably slow. it took ages to get a drink, even when it wasn't busy. the room got quite warm and stuffy. only a small fan was there, and it did little to help!
