The location is quite far from the train station. i had to walk with my luggage under the sun for over 20 minutes. the hotel did not inform me in advance about a free tuk-tuk pick-up from the station. This was disappointing

check-in was super quick and the staff were so nice the room was totally comfortable with a great workspace and speedy wi-fi i found the hotel to be modern and maintained very well. the breakfast was amazing i loved the mix of asian and western food available. the staff was always friendly and eager to help with anything i needed
the location required some walking on roads without sidewalks so i relied on taxis and ride-sharing apps

long tuk tuk waiting timebad location
The tuk tuk took forty-five minutes to arrive when i called for the pick up service. the hotel blamed it on bad traffic. It was not acceptable. the location is one of the worst locations for a hotel. It actually slows you down.

The room was practical in its design. It felt quite spacious for a Superior Twin Room.
The area around the hotel felt rather dodgy. I wouldn't advise walking around there at night. The breakfast was a bit rubbish for anyone not keen on Chinese food, bacon and cheese were not available
