The hotel accepted luggage before check-in. The room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were helpful and had a good sense of humor. All members of the staff seemed well-trained.
The air conditioning made noise consistently. Turning the fan to level 2 or 3 produced a strange noise. The hotel should check the status of rooms to improve guest experience.

The location was really convenient. i was close to many attractions. the staff were also helpful with directions. the breakfast had plenty of choices and space. I was easily able to find a table.
The room was quite small. There was hardly any room to walk around. the bathroom was large in comparison, it felt unbalanced. the rooftop terrace was a letdown. It needed maintenance and some care.

The room was quite disappointing. It felt dated and tired. i found scuffs on the walls and the bed felt uncomfortably hard. i also noted the absence of proper coffee cups, only paper ones were provided.
