I was quite disappointed. The hotel corridors had music playing all day. This really disturbed my sleep as I could hear it in my room (it was completely inappropriate). I had to call and go to reception several times at night to get them to turn off the music. there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. It's quite unhygienic if you stay more than one night, and I think it should be provided upon request.

the room was duplex with two storeys and two bathrooms. it felt very spacious and so comfortable i never wanted to leave. every surface sparkled and the linens smelled fresh i loved it!
i noticed music playing in the hotel corridors all day i could hear it in my room and found it distracting it made sleeping difficult .

the staff provided umbrellas when it rained they were helpful in every way. reception was fast and check-out was efficient i didn't have to wait long. the receptionists helped me with local information too.

the hotel is a short walk from campanha station so convenient for travel. the hotel is near two metro stations with easy access. the street was quiet which helped to ensure peaceful days and nights.

the room had an italian-style bidet which was a nice touch. glasses were available for drinks and the water heater worked well. the room also featured fast wifi , made working and streaming easy.

the hotel features a bar that provides excellent service. the bar offers tasty drinks too it's a great place to unwind. the inner courtyard is wonderful.
