breakfast time slots noisy street

my stay wasnt completely smooth. also, the air conditioning couldnt be adjusted below 17c and I had to sleep with the balcony door open. the street was rather noisy though.

i found the staff helpful. the breakfast offered many tasty choices. my room was clean, modern and well-equipped. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day (such a treat!).

the gym was a little small, with limited equipment. i think it could benefit from an upgrade.

charming stay with river views

river location friendly staff

The hotel's location near the river was fantastic. It gave easy access to many attractions. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help, I felt very welcome. breakfast was excellent with many fresh choices. the handwritten welcome note and chocolate were a lovely, thoughtful touch.

The lack of soundproofing allowed noise from the street to disturb sleep. i found this somewhat disruptive at times. Earplugs might be a good solution

this hotel features an really good position close to the riverfront area. various bars and restaurants were within a short walk. the scenic views made exploring the city a true pleasure, i found.

The front desk staff was informative and cute. Especially luiz was great. he provided excellent local recommendations, i thought. complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon were a very nice amenity, i felt.

My room had a nice view of the river! it was very clean. the room also included a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. I loved the view. a well maintained space is something i always appreciate.

I loved the available coffee, tea, and water. It was such a nice touch!!! cake was also available in the evening. the breakfast option was very good. i had a great experience.

I noticed a bit of street noise at night, especially when the balcony door was open. Earplugs helped a little.

location good but some issues

the location was decent, but getting around was harder than i expected. i didn't realize how hilly the area is and it meant lots of steep walks. these issues meant getting to many attractions took longer and was more tiring (it definitely impacted my overall experience).

Problems with AC and a strange room setup

glass shower weird room

Location is ok.

The room had no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom. The shower was glass, visible to anyone in the room. It was weird to share the room. I find this unacceptable, and they did nothing to solve this issue.
