friendly staffcomfortable bedbreakfast variety
The staff was friendly and helpful! Emirhan and Hıdır were very attentive . I found the bed comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was quiet despite the busy streets outside.
The breakfast selection wasn't what I expected. I think there could have been more variety. Also the request not to photograph was unexpected.

i found the location ideal , as major attractions were within walking distance. the staff provided really good customer service , especially sercan and emrah , who offered helpful guidance. the historic building added a lot of charm , and it was conveniently located near transportation.

limited breakfast variety
I expect better in a hotel of this supposed caliber. the breakfast lacked variety, a disappointment given the cost of the stay. the staff seemed reluctant to address the issue when i raised concerns about the limited options. i found the narrowness of the road leading to the hotel a significant inconvenience, and it created difficulties upon arrival. the price struck me as excessive considering these shortcomings.
