The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is convenient with good access to nearby amenities (i noticed a pub across the road).
The pillows were all the same and quite thick. There was noise in the corridor outside my room early in the morning. (i believe it was around 6am).

The staff was polite. They helped us at every opportunity. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. Hot food service was offered whenever we were ready. The room had good commodities including tea and coffee facilities!

I found the location quite convenient, especially its proximity to various shops and the train station. breakfast offered a good selection, and i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries (the croissants were flaky and delicious). the staff were helpful. Natasha provided excellent assistance with parking and ensured i had a quiet room for my stay.

surprisingly great stay!

cute staffhelpful directionspacious room
i found the staff cute. they were also really helpful with directions. breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). the room was very clean and warm. the price seemed fair, and i plan to return again soon. i definitely enjoyed the stay. the hotel offered a comfortable bed. the spacious rooms had everything i needed. plus, the staff went out of their way to assist with my luggage.
the walls seemed slightly thin, i could hear some noise from other rooms.
