the premium suite sea view was lovely. i enjoyed the shuttle service to the beach! the location made getting around simple. we loved being near the metro station.

a romantic getaway
efficient service clean room great service
matibul provided a very good service. he cleaned the house very well and he came every day right on time. the room service from reena and supervisor chandana was great. their behavior was very good and the room was comfortable and clean.
the parking situation presented some challenges, with many cars often blocking the loading area. it sometimes required patience to enter the parking garage.

the pool was big enough with enough loungers around it. it has a shaded section. several restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket are available nearby. the metro access is close. taxis are always nearby.

Fantastic stay with great amenities

The apartment faced a major road, giving the view real appeal at night. The rooms were properly sized and the wifi had super fast access. I really liked the gym and pool, they were clean constantly.
Honesty is important and the staff needs appropriate training.

Breakfast offers diverse choices.. however, the hot breakfast sometimes presents unexpected combinations. One morning, I noticed rice paired alongside a spicy beef stew, a peculiar option for an international hotel.

The location has good proximity to main attractions. Taxis to Marina are only 10 minutes. its close proximity to the metro station improves access throughout the city.

appreciate a lot good service
clean room great location dedicated staff
the room was super clean thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff, furhad, jojo and ankush. i appreciate their thoroughness and friendly attitude a lot. the location is nice with easy access to transport options and main roads, and my room was in good condition. i like this place.
the pool closes relatively early.

the gym provides various cardio machines and weight equipment, all in working condition. the swimming pool is large enough with many loungers , providing enough space for everyone. i noticed the area was kept very clean.

Mediocre Stay , Some Issues
slow lift long waits
The lifts were a major issue. I waited an unreasonable amount of time to go up or down , it was frustrating. The lifts seemed to stop at every floor , even when nobody needed to get on or off. It made me late for my meetings.
