It REALLY disturbed our sleep and made it difficult to relax during the day. the receptionist's limited English made communication frustrating.

The apartment size was great. I liked the excellent location on the palm. The private beach was lovely and a nice walk to a nearby mall. The sofa bed was comfortable. It worked well for my needs.

the rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, cooker, coffee machine, and washing machine.. the staff is attentive and readily available, especially at the fixie restaurant, where food is prepared fresh daily. i appreciated the convenience of having all these amenities available.
i noticed that the gym has little equipment. the variety could be better to accommodate different workout preferences. this was a minor inconvenience, but it would improve the experience.

the staff members are polite. they quickly provide solutions for any issues faced. generally, the hotel maintains a well-managed environment, ensuring all guests have their needs addressed promptly and effectively.
