some issues
electrical issue bathroom design
the breakfast selection offered a lot of options both western and asian styles were available
i had a negative experience with the electrical system in my room one night at 4 am the tv turned on by itself the lights also started to flicker on and off despite this disturbance and loss of sleep the hotel offered no apology for the inconvenience i also found the bathroom design impractical and unhygienic as it is integrated into the room itself

some ROOM issues and subpar service
inconsistent service awkward layout
I found the service inconsistent , to say the LEAST. i asked for extra towels and never received them. also , the room layout was awkward. The bathroom door splashed water ALL over the toilet area after a shower.

FABULOUS stay!
very nice view modern design clean room
I appreciated the breakfast. It included many choices. The rooftop pool provided very nice views of the city. I also liked my room. It featured a modern design and it was REALLY clean.
The staff did not offer much assistance with luggage. I would have liked more help.

convenient location gorgeous view amazing service big variety
The location is very convenient since it's right across the beach. I stayed in a hotel room with a beach view, and that view was gorgeous. The service is very amazing. The staff were very friendly, especially at the breakfast buffet. The buffet had a big food variety.
