traffic noise soundproofing issue
the staff were polite and did their best.
i stayed at the front of the building and traffic noise was a real issue. constant beeping and humming continued until early morning. soundproofing is definitely needed.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
attentive manager diverse selection good surprise
The breakfast had a diverse selection of Western and Asian dishes. The special touches in the room for my anniversary were a good surprise.
The rooftop pool was closed , a slight disappointment.

The pool facility was clean and well-kept, proving very popular. I noticed that it allowed for a relaxing swim. The hotel had spa services available seeking relaxation and wellness .

The spacious room included amenities suitable for families needing extra space, and I found it very accommodating. The rooms have either a pool or city view from the balcony, something I admired. Rooms at the front had some traffic noise.

The location provided easy access to various local attractions and dining options. A short walk leads to the beach. Numerous restaurants and spas are located nearby. It's an ideal base for exploring the surroundings though the parking was expensive!

The staff members displayed really good friendliness and attentiveness. They always have been wonderfully helpful. The staff was proactive in addressing needs, and I felt well looked after. The breakfast staff was particularly thoughtful and efficient.

amazing staff travel arrangement
the staff are amazing and always ready to help, especially Lieu, she went beyond to assist with travel arrangements. the resort felt private and quiet, not like those tall buildings, which i liked. the breakfast was delicious and offered many choices.
