i stayed in a classic quadruple room and it was well kept the cleanliness was excellent. the hotel's location near the masjid nabawi made access very convenient. the home service team was helpful especially mohamed riad he attended to all details promptly.

Really good Stay Near the Haram
superb locationsmooth processample parking
The hotel's location is superb. It is a very short walk to Gate 318 of the Masjid an-Nabawi (it was just a few minutes). The staff was very helpful. I found the hotel to have ample parking space (a real plus ).
The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes unreliable in the rooms.

Breakfast had a nice selection of items (especially the fresh pastries!). There were a variety of options, offering something for everyone and providing a satisfying start to the day.

The housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. They ensured our room was always clean and well kept, providing excellent and kindly service throughout our stay. Their dedication made a real difference.

My room was a lovely, spacious king size bed room. It had a great view overlooking the extended prayer area of Masjid Nabawi. This really enhanced my stay.

The hotel had all the necessities, like toothbrushes and toothpaste. This thoughtful touch is now rare, even in some 5-star hotels, and really showcases the attention to detail they provide .

The hotel has an excellent location. It is very close to the masjid. i got an early check-in, helpful.
The bathroom smelled bad, there was an open floor drain. i had better expectations for what i paid. Our room was not cleaned and we had to ask them after a long day.
