Average Stay with Some Issues
noisy air conditioning late housekeeping
The air conditioning made quite a bit of noise on levels 2 and 3 it affected my sleep. The room telephone lacked basic information it did not include the reception extension number. Also housekeeping service occurred late one day despite my early departure I returned at 4 PM and the room was not yet cleaned.

missed service normal excuse
i faced a problem with housekeeping. we left early for a trip, returning at 4 pm to an unmade room. supposedly, housekeeping should finish by 2 pm, allowing rest after the beach, this didn't happen, i was then told at reception this was normal. i certainly do not consider that normal. this disrupted my rest. and impacted my overall satisfaction. with the stay

the location proved ideal. a nespresso machine with pods (i paid for them) was available in the room. the bathroom included good amenities.

superb stay!
helpful staff delicious options fine views beach chairs
I found the staff nice and helpful. breakfast had many delicious options. the rooftop pool offered fine views. The location provided easy access to both copacabana and ipanema beaches! i loved that they provided beach chairs .
I noticed some minor superficial cleaning issues on the black lacquer doors. They had fingerprints.

My room was clean and cozy. It had great views. the room felt spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. i could see the ocean. It was gorgeous. the bathroom was modern.

i stayed in an executive double room ocean view. my room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. the king-size bed was very comfortable. staff provided prompt and efficient service.
the gym equipment looked slightly dated. it could use some upgrades.

The hotel provided complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas , a bonus. I appreciated the rooftop pool and the bar offering a fantastic view. The buffet breakfast included an very nice selection. The location across from the beach was convenient.
I found the lobby was often congested. The hotel lacked a dedicated spa. This element detracted slightly from the overall experience.

appealing extras healthy foods
The room was comfortable and spacious , with appealing extras. The breakfast had great choices , especially the healthy foods and detox juices, and a mimosa was a nice touch.
The lobby felt a bit congested , and the absence of a spa was noticeable.
