I appreciated the strategic location near Copacabana beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had many choices and the selection was excellent.
The room was small, I felt it did not meet expectations for a hotel of this class. It was very noisy, I could hear street sounds at night. The furniture seemed dated, appear less clean.

the breakfast had many options.
the room i booked was not the size advertised. it was very frustrating to see that the photos online didn't match what i got. the bathroom was also poorly designed, it was hard to sit on the toilet.

noisy aircopoor service
the air conditioning was really loud i could even feel the vibrations from a neighbour's unit. when i checked out i asked to leave some luggage at the hotel even offering to pay for it but they refused. it felt quite charmless the service wasn't great either it was disappointing. i expected more flexibility and better assistance it really marred my experience.
