The facilities amazed me! I noticed the hotel offers steam rooms for both men and women. I also got to use the white tent across the street. It has beach chairs, towels, and water. I really enjoyed the complimentary sweets trolley by reception. The hotel also provided a lovely gift each day, like champagne and chocolates. The food tasted awesome!

i liked the breakfast buffet. it featured fresh fruit and juices. coconut water was also available (i especially liked it). i also appreciated the umbrella-covered lounges by the poolside. sunscreen was available there too. the location is great.
the hotel sent me outside for dining recommendations. i found this unhelpful. the odds of being mugged outside seemed quite high. i think the dining service could improve (this is my opinion, of course). the pool gets sun for only a few hours daily.

The staff were attentive. clebes by the pool took care of everything i needed. our downtime by the pool was relaxing. eduardo was friendly and helpful. He was a highlight of our stay.
the breakfast boxes for early departures were disappointing. it had a dry, unbuttered sandwich with cheese and ham. the hotel could have done better considering their excellent buffet.

a glamorous stay!

I found the hotel rooms to be spacious and tastefully decorated. A true classic! the bed was super comfortable. Blackout blinds ensured a great sleep. the hotel maintains perfect cleanliness. This adds to the charm. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
the atm only dispensed large bills. Smaller denominations would be more convenient . this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience. Perhaps this could be easily addressed. i hope they consider this .

The concierge service was attentive. They promptly addressed all inquiries. the hotel car service provided convenient and friendly transportation. staff offered assistance with luggage and provided helpful information about local attractions. It was all very smooth.
