The concierge was super helpful. I got guidance on tours and places to eat. Emanuel the bell boy and Gabriel the concierge were efficient. The front desk was accommodating. The clubhouse facilities offered vegan and vegetarian food. The fruits tasted exquisite. The location was best. I had views of the mountain, favela, ocean and Christ the Redeemer.
The rigatoni at the italian restaurant was not freshly made.

Good Hotel With Direct Beach Access

Marianna in guest reception was lovely. She showed us two rooms. She walked us through our benefits. The location is secluded at the tip of Ipanema beach. We accessed a private beach area. We got a family room on the 18th floor. This room faced the favella and part of the lagoon.
The gym seemed a little outdated.

The pool area includes twenty loungers. A shaded section is there for relaxation. Guests can rent free bikes to cycle to Copacabana beach. The hotel also provides tour and taxi services.

The family room had a kitchenette. Plenty of space was available to put our clothes. We had access to L'Etoile on the 26th floor for breakfast. Views of the sunrise were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

L'Etoile served delicious food at breakfast. Hermes made caipirinha in the club lounge during happy hour. I did appreciate the coconut waters at the pool. There is a Nespresso machine in each room.

My tour operator booked this place. I should checked the location. It is far from Copacabana beach and requires over an hour's walk. The hotel is also far from restaurants and shops.
