acceptable stay, but some issues noted
the location was convenient. the breakfast was acceptable.
check-in took an unreasonably long time. i stood waiting for 40 minutes after a long trip. the staff seemed to ignore me while they counted money.

the room had a large bed and a nice shower. the rooftop bar features great views of the beach. i liked the polite hotel staff.

excellent location additional towels new hotel
the location is excellent. the staff provided additional towels for beach visits. the hotel appears new.
the check in was slow. I waited around 40 minutes after my trip.

Really good Service and Location
helpful staff varied breakfast convenient location
The staff were very friendly and helpful , especially with local information. I found the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices , including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel's location across from the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean view and nearby attractions.
I experienced slow service during check in , with a considerable wait despite few customers being present.

stolen bracelet lack of resolution
i had a major issue my pandora bracelet was stolen the front desk told me the manager would reach out to me they never did i thought keeping my bracelet at the hotel would be safer than walking around i felt safe on the streets and at the beach but i was robbed at the hotel nothing was done
