the location was convenient. the breakfast was acceptable.
check-in took an unreasonably long time. i stood waiting for 40 minutes after a long trip. the staff seemed to ignore me while they counted money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , especially with local information. I found the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices , including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel's location across from the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean view and nearby attractions.
I experienced slow service during check in , with a considerable wait despite few customers being present.

stolen braceletlack of resolution
i had a major issue my pandora bracelet was stolen the front desk told me the manager would reach out to me they never did i thought keeping my bracelet at the hotel would be safer than walking around i felt safe on the streets and at the beach but i was robbed at the hotel nothing was done
