The staff at the bar was fantastic (very attentive!). The bedroom was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the views and sounds of nature from the room. On-site parking was plentiful and convenient.
I found the gym to be slightly busy during peak hours.

the staff were friendly. that met my expectations.
I was disappointed by the lack of a kettle in the room. The coffee machine was insufficient for making tea. additionally, there was a limited selection of tea, sugar, and milk. i expected more from a four-star hotel.

breakfast included many choices and a nice view overlooking the lake. the staff always seem helpful when i ask them questions. my room was clean and the bed felt comfortable. room service was also good as i got fresh towels and a clean room every day.
the toilet paper dispenser gives only single squares at a time. it was like i was back in school.

The beds had super comfy mattresses. the staff were perfect. They provided quick, helpful service at all times. i liked the hotel's bicycle rentals. They were high specification. the hotel provided clear directions for a short ride to the city center.
The pillows were quite hard. This affected my sleep quality. the hotel should consider offering softer pillow options for enhanced guest comfort.
