Excellent Hotel Near Airport and Transport
close stationcomfortable beds
The train station is very close. It is literally 30 meters from the hotel entrance. I found the beds comfortable. The sound insulation in the room worked well.

The hotel is very close to Stuttgart Airport, a great convenience for early flights. The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the variety. The staff were friendly. They went the extra mile.
The hotel had a big function. It was very busy everywhere. There was no room service available. The hotel stated no service was provided generally. Customer service after the stay was shocking.

The location was convenient for my needs. The breakfast was of acceptable quality.
I encountered a problem with the room. The connecting door would not open, requiring repeated trips to the reception for assistance. This involved waiting for someone from housekeeping to address the issue. The service at the reception was not very friendly.

The lack of room service was very annoying (especially considering the price). i needed something late and found out there's no service at all. also, i emailed them about a lost item but received no answer after a month. This is very poor communication, poor communication.

the location was really convenient. it was close to the airport. the room had a comfortable bed. the service from the staff was also quite good.
the room lacked decoration. it felt impersonal to me. there was no option to have breakfast delivered to the room. the parking fee seemed too expensive for hotel guests.
