The hotel has a prime location near public transport and a shopping center, made getting around super easy. my room was spacious and modern. I noticed the light concept in both the room and bathroom, it really added a nice touch. i really liked that they provide firmer pillows, a welcome addition. No waiting around!

during my visit, the room received no cleaning services and i had to request fresh towels myself, unexpected!

I found available parking on site, a central area, and it was an exception. i found the reception and bar areas vibrant and full of life, it was fun! it is so conveniently located. It's near a shopping mall and restaurants.

The staff was supportive and friendly. This, i loved it. the staff seemed very accommodating. This added to the hotel's vibrant atmosphere. i would definitely return because of the staff!

The location was pretty convenient. It was close to the U-Bahn station. A shopping center was also nearby, that was a plus. The staff were nice and helpful .

I found the parking situation to be quite inconvenient. The driver had to park far from the entrance (it wasn't ideal). The reception told me they didn't provide room service. I thought this was odd since hotels in the same category usually provide it. There was not enough space for my belongings in the room.

The location was amazing. ubahn access was so close. It reminded me of the entire city was within easy reach. the room itself was modern and spacious. I really liked the thoughtful design.

the check-in process was slow, there was a line at the reception and it took about half an hour. also, i noticed there were no water bottles provided in the rooms, a very basic amenity i was really missing.
