The hotel's automotive theme really appealed to me. I liked the car-shaped soap and pens. I found the staff at reception helpful and friendly (especially when I had questions about parking). The spa facilities on the top floor were relaxing and enjoyable.
The room lacked a coffee machine, and I only had tea available. I would have appreciated coffee in the mornings. The absence of a shower door in the bathroom led to a draft during showers. Harder pillows were not available. Only very soft pillows were offered.

classic carscar-themed chocolatesoft pillows
i found the classic cars and mclaren dealership in the reception very excellent. the thoughtful amenities included car-themed chocolate and beetle-shaped soap. the hotel's proximity to motorworld made it easy to view fancy cars. the pen also displayed a car design.
the soft pillows did not provide adequate support. i requested firmer pillows, but none were available. this impacted my sleep quality negatively.

the staff displayed politeness and offered helpful information. their courteous demeanor enhanced my experience. they were also helpful in guiding guests to nearby attractions and providing directions upon request.
