excellent stay experience

check-in was very easy and the location is fantastic. the apartment had great quality and felt very luxurious. the staff were responsive and helped us with some issues i had. i enjoyed the stay for four nights in the superior apartment.

the apartment would benefit from additional seating in the living area, as the existing couch is quite small. i think adding another small sofa would increase the seating capacity.

the superior apartment features high-end decor and amenities. i noticed the cleanliness and newness of the beds and furniture. windows are double paned so there is no noise at all from the street below.

i saw a coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher in the apartment. there were also perfect bathrooms, utensils and a well-equipped kitchen. these facilities.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. communication was spot on and all venues were suggested were fantastic. i appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries, they addressed the personal issues i have.

the location was fantastic, right off victoria street. i was close to the royal mile. the rooms were clean and cozy.

the air conditioning did not cool the hotel down very well. the couch there is small and really only fits 2. a second small sofa would double the seating.
