nonexistent amenityinexperienced service
The guide listed nonexistent amenities. I found out the bothy with a firepit speaker and ice buckets had been closed for years. dinner was a rip-off. My steak came with a few spinach leaves and no side. the restaurant service was inexperienced. I was served by a waiter who did not understand me.

i stayed in a double room! the staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. the steam showers were a fantastic luxury!
The channel setup on the tv was very confusing. I needed a little help figuring it out. twice.

Room four was very nice! the views were magical from it. breakfast was definitely my favorite meal. The food was amazing. the toiletries even had a unique story. Everything felt really special. we received the warmest welcome in the most gorgeous surroundings!

The grounds have beautiful views, particularly from the restaurant. there is a working farm right on site. guests can go for walks along the nearby lake. It's just very nice.

The family operates the hotel. All staff offer really good service, and they are friendly. the staff will go out of their way to ensure a happy stay. They are just excellent. cocktail selection and the food are unbelievable!

picturesque qualityfaulty lockinadequate lighting
the location had a picturesque quality, acceptable.
the room's lock was faulty as it didn't secure from the outside with the key.. i also found the tv channel setup confusing and the room lighting inadequate. the fixed gratuity of 12.5% on the entire deal felt inappropriate.

My stay included breakfast. It was superb!!! the staff was great. the place welcomed dogs. the portions were perfect.

the setting was beautiful, nestled in nature. i appreciated the attention to detail evident throughout the hotel. delicious food was served, and the waitresses tried to fulfill every wish. it was like a little piece of heaven..
the television had a confusing channel setup.

the hotel functions partly as a working farm, a detail i adored. guests can observe goats, horses, sheep, even highland cows.. the sauna provides a space for relaxation, a welcome amenity after outdoor activities.

The staff was super attentive and friendly. my room had stylish decor, and it was very spacious. the hotel offered many activities, and i spotted some beautiful wildlife right on site. i enjoyed very good dining. Breakfast had a fantastic view!!!
the drive down the single-track road was a bit tense, a minor inconvenience given the overall experience.

The food was AMAZING!!! dinner featured a tasting menu with multiple courses. Each was unique. breakfast offered a variety of choices including local scottish options. the restaurant provided an excellent wine list to compliment the meal. I appreciated it.
