poor soundproofingrough towels
i was really disappointed with a couple of things. first, the soundproofing was not great. trains passed and the room actually shook! also, the towels felt quite rough. it was not the relaxing experience i'd hoped for, especially considering the price.

i really liked how friendly christian was when i arrived. the breakfast was delicious with a full scottish option. the gardens looked great with nice flowers and a well-kept lawn.
the wifi signal wasn't very strong in the room, a bit inconvenient.

my room was small. it was difficult to put my bags anywhere , that was annoying. the mattress was worn and very uncomfortable , i did not sleep well.
