Excellent stay, great location

we checked in for one night and continued to extend our trip for ten days. we loved the location of the accommodation and the indoor pool. the rooms were spacious and clean I enjoyed a comfortable bed.

the sofa in my room was worn I noticed this when i sat on it one side felt damp.

the staff were very friendly all around and helpful I got an upgrade to a larger room. it had a terrace that overlooked the courtyard giving a nice view of the premises.

my room included a lovely large bed a nice sized bathroom and it was comfortable. everything was clean and neat and there were all the basic amenities I needed for my stay.

the hotel has an excellent spa with a big hammam and a good size relaxation pool. there is a countercurrent jet in the pool so you can swim. cleaning service was very good and efficient.

wet sofaunperturbed staff

The sofa in my room was wet, and i realized it was soaking wet on one side when i sat on it. i told the front desk, and two staff inspected it and said it would dry shortly! pigeons were flying about in the outside courtyard attached to the breakfast area and up on the tables. a pigeon was walking around under the tables inside the interior dining area feeding on food debris. Staff seemed unperturbed.
