the location was good as i could walk to many places.

The room was smaller than expected. the noise from the street was also quite noticeable. I could hear the supermarket deliveries early in the morning. it made it hard to sleep well, and the lack of privacy was an issue.

the staff was helpful. they gave complimentary filtered water and coffee. the location was central, about 5 minutes walk to nice ville and promenade des anglais.

the room was small. i could hear people in rooms above and on the floor. there was no daily cleaning, only organizing was done.

I find the location to be great, especially because it is just a short walk to both the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. The room was always very clean, what I found wonderful. The hotel offered complimentary coffee, which I drank everyday. I also appreciated the water refills at reception, this was a nice touch.

I think the pillows could be better. I didn't love the quality.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee all day, a very nice service , especially those who enjoy a morning cup. There is a lovely bar at the reception where one can refill still or sparkling water, so convenient.

The hotel is in a central location, and I could walk just five minutes to Nice Ville and Promenade des Anglais. A supermarket is downstairs, and lots of restaurants are nearby, this made everything so easy.

The room has a modern style and is very clean, this is very important to me. I appreciate the shelving, it helps you settling in and staying organized, and this is thoughtful. The air conditioning works very well and keeps the room cool.

The staff is friendly and provides good customer service, I like this. Melissa at the front desk was wonderful, she made sure I was well looked after, what I think it is amazing. The staff always smiles and is helpful.
