The location was good , close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

The room showed significant wear and tear. The fabric on the headboard was scratched, and the windows looked old and dirty. The retrofitted sprinkler system looked temporary and unattractive , and the electric USB recharging sockets were broken.

The location was close to the tube station. It made getting around the city easy.

I was REALLY disappointed with my room. The photos online showed much larger rooms, but mine was tiny. The door to the fridge was blocked by chairs. It was a MAJOR inconvenience.

The room was a nice size with good facilities. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The shower drain smelled horrendous! There was an issue with the front door to the building. I was locked out in the evening while the staff tried to figure out how to get in.

i really enjoyed my time at this hotel. nathan and the reception team were cute and helpful. they addressed every request we had with a smile. i will definitely return very soon

the room i had was not as large as it looked in the photos. moving the chairs was required to open the fridge and walk around the bed. i was on the fourth floor without an elevator and with quite heavy bags
