poor wifiabusive language

I found several issues . the tv channels, except bbc, were scrambled. a staff member attempted to fix it, but they failed. also, the wifi in my room was poor. It kept disconnecting me. the room faced the bar and smoking area, so i heard conversations and loud laughter late into the night. abusive language was present on multiple occasions.

mixed feelings about my stay

faulty showerroom downgrade

i booked a beautiful king room but was given a standard double instead i paid more than a friend for the same room to add to it the shower had no hot water clearly broken before i checked in nobody told me about the room change beforehand and they didn't even ask how my stay was at checkout this place has really gone downhill it seems the room also lacked proper maintenance
