early drilling small room
breakfast was good with cute staff.
the drilling started early and was really noisy. it echoed through the whole place, that was so annoying. our room wasn't big either.

rooftop bar friendly michael broken bassinet extra charge
i totally loved how close the hotel was to the main train station! plus, the rooftop bar was amazing, and i could get some really good food there. michael gave us all the info about where to go and what to see. he even booked tours around the city for us!
the room was not as described on the website. also, i requested a crib for my baby, as advertised, but they gave me a broken one! (can you believe it?). they still charged me extra for it, even though it was unsafe.

the room was clean. the receptionist provided helpful information about local attractions, and gave travel directions. breakfast was a good choice, and it was served on the rooftop bar.
the room was small. the mattress felt hard, and it was uncomfortably. there was tax to pay on top of the room rate, and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere beforehand.

the breakfast was acceptable with different options.
the room furniture looked very old. the television was too small, i think it was no larger than 21 inches. i really expected a larger screen for the price i paid.

Fantastic Stay Near Termini Station!

I not sketchy at all because the hotel staff always greeted me! They were always willing to help with directions and recommendations. The breakfast on the rooftop was really special and offered great views. The staff assisted us with travel plans which was so helpful.
The elevator was old. It was hard to use if someone didn't close the door completely.

The room was clean and well-kept each day . The air conditioning worked great. It kept the room cool, and the beds, including the extra bed, were very comfortable for everyone.
