This hotel is beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and kind. I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. The room was spacious and nice.
I found the rooms to be very poorly decorated. Even the halls were very dirty. The receptionists need more training to treat customers like a five-star hotel. ?!

Breakfast included a variety of options such as cereals and pastries. Hams, cheeses, yoghurt, jams, and different juices were available. A hot selection was also part of the breakfast offering. The dining experience was complete.

The spa offered a lovely escape from the city. I enjoyed a steam room, jacuzzi, and pool. It was a relaxing experience. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from the trevi fountain.

The room had beautiful marble floors and was very clean. Housekeepers left chocolates and a cake. My suite had an fine view. The accommodation was really good.
