nice view higher floor attentive staff old furniture hotel lobby slow internet
the room where i stayed had a nice view and it was located on a higher floor. the hotel provides a shuttle to the nearby shopping area, and it worked perfectly. the staff always had a smile and were very attentive.
my room's furniture feels a bit old. the hotel lobby smells bad sometimes. the internet connection was quite slow and did not work that well.

Excellent Stay with River Views

The rooms were well maintained, and I had great views of the river. The breakfast spread offered a very good selection of items each morning. I loved the grounds of the hotel located on the river, including its own jetty.
The WiFi connection in the room was unfortunately very poor.

lovely riverside getaway
beautiful view prompt room service softer pillows
the location near the hospital was very useful for my treatment. i got a nice room. it had a beautiful view of the city and river. the pool was also nice for my husband.
the wifi connection it could be better i think.

the hotel provided free shuttle services to nearby attractions. a 7-eleven store stood right outside the hotel. getting a taxi from the hotel entrance was never a problem. the hotel is beside the river.

The superior double room was quite spacious. i liked the amazing view it offered. breakfast had many options. I especially enjoyed the variety of indian and continental choices. staff was helpful and nice.
the hotel is a little away from major attractions.

The hotel is right on the river and close to terminal 21 rama 3 shopping mall. This was convenient. there is a security guard post at the street entrance to the hotel grounds. a supermarket is next door.

room upgrade beautiful room high floor clean bathroom
the hotel manager give us a room upgrade. we got from a superior riverside room to a beautiful riverside room. our room was located on the 19th floor. the room and bathroom were both large and clean.
the hotel is a little outdated. some furniture show normal wear.
